Free Delivery

Free delivery is available on orders above £100.00 to certain postcodes within the UK.

Free delivery is not available to addresses including but not limited to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Additional charges will be applied at checkout after the address is confirmed by you.

Returns and Refunds

Your Right to Cancel

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you decide to cancel, you must inform us within this period, and you have another 14 days to return the items to us at your cost. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.

If your goods are faulty, not as described, or do not perform their intended function, you are entitled to a full refund if you return them within 30 days of receipt. If a fault is discovered after 30 days but within six months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If we cannot repair or replace the item, you are entitled to a refund. Deposit Payments
All deposit payments made to OnlineStoves.co.uk are non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances can change, and as such, any deposit paid can be transferred towards the purchase of an alternative product from our range, provided this is arranged within a reasonable timeframe.
