Vitcas Heat Resistant Paint is a 400ml high-temperature paint spray, capable of withstanding up to 800°C (1472°F). Ideal for painting furnaces, heaters, barbecues, boilers, pipes, and any other high-temperature equipment. This paint can be applied to bare metal, Vitcas High-Temperature Plasterboards, CS Fireplace Construction Boards, and Vermiculite Boards.
Additionally, it is suitable for spraying gas fire coals. Note: Protect heat-resistant paint from direct sunlight and avoid exposing it to temperatures exceeding 50°C.
Application Instructions:
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease.
Do not apply primer.
Best applied at temperatures between 15°C and 25°C.
Shake the container for two minutes, ensuring adequate ventilation, and spray from a distance of 30cm.
Apply several thin layers, shaking the can between applications.
The surface will be tack-free after 15 minutes and will harden after one hour at 160°C. Expect smoke during this process. Drying time may vary based on ambient temperature, air humidity, and paint thickness.
