4. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely; we do not store or have access to your card details. A contract is formed only when your order is confirmed and dispatched.

5. Delivery
We deliver throughout the UK. Delivery costs and timescales vary based on your location and product availability.

Free Delivery: Free delivery applies to orders over £100.00 to selected UK mainland postcodes.

Additional Delivery Charges: Deliveries to certain areas, including but not limited to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands, may incur additional charges. These will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Amendments: We reserve the right to update delivery charges at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Delays: We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, or force majeure.

6. Returns and Refunds
Your Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must notify us within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods at your cost. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your goods are faulty, not as described, or defective, you are entitled to a full refund if returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days (and within six months), you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a refund will be issued. After six months, you must show that the fault was present when you received the item.

Non-Refundable and Custom Items: Custom-made or personalised goods (including bespoke fixtures, colour options, or height variations) are exempt from cancellation and refund rights, unless faulty.

Deposit Payments: All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred towards an alternative product if arranged within a reasonable timeframe. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or bank statement) is required for all returns and refunds.

7. Trade Discount Codes
Trade discount codes are available exclusively to verified trade professionals (e.g., installers, builders, contractors). Proof of trade status may be requested (e.g., business registration, trade card, or licence). Use of trade discounts by non-trade customers is prohibited and will result in order cancellation and refund. Our decision regarding trade status verification is final. Misuse of trade discounts may lead to account suspension or further action under UK law.
